Plus, a $15.83 benefit package per hour worked. Journeymen Commercial Roofer • Pay starts at $37.43 per hour. Plus, an $20.18 benefit package per hour worked. Foremen Commercial Roofer • Pay starts at $43.04 per hour. Plus a $20.18 benefit package per hour worked. Commercial Roofer with CDL • Additional $2.00 increase to your hourly wage rate. Commercial Roofer with Crane License • Additional pay per hour.
