1 year, 4 month old chocolate lab. Needs a new home - ideally a home with no children. He is a resource guarder so also hopefully someone with a behavior training background. He is good with other dogs, has not been around cats so that is unknown. He’s up to date on all shots, neutered, walks well on a leash and loves to run - though that’s new we waited until he was a year to start taking him. Unfortunately with the guarding and having a kid in the household I don’t feel that he can stay here. Otherwise he is loving, loves dogs, will lick you to death and will hurt you will his tail it wags so hard - typical lab. $100 rehoming fee.
