Position Summary -
Coordinator is responsible to manage all aspects of multiple projects including Maintenance and Rehab.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities -
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Manage approximately 15 employees work schedules.
Manage and troubleshoot work orders.
Schedule/Dispatch work orders
Follow up on work orders/vendors.
Manage vendor billing.
Facilitate communication for required city/section 8 inspections.
Manage city ordinance requirements.
Assist in special projects.
Develop working relationships with employees, property owners and tenants.
Integrate with internal team.
Inventory and track keys; ordering key blanks (if applicable)
Overseeing lockbox inventory
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) -
Strong computer skills
2 years’ experience in a maintenance/construction setting preferred or customer service industry.
Organizational skills
Customer service oriented
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to multitask/manage multiple projects.
Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
