Organic fine gardener needs some help

Hi, I’m a Phipps-accredited organic gardener / landscaper (no lawn mowing). I'm winding down my practice but need some help for the next 3 weeks or so and then again in the fall. It's mostly manual labor like weeding, deadheading, mulching, garden maintenance, etc. 2-3 days / week. I'm very flexible on hours and days but need someone who can start immediately. $15-18/hr. depending on gardening / landscaping experience. Must be honest, reliable, easy-going, present well and have your own transportation. I prefer working with artful people who love the earth and have done this kind of work before. If you enjoy good, hard, honest work, have common sense, appreciate nature and beauty and strive for a relatively sustainable lifestyle, this is probably a good fit.
