Block splitter needed 24 a day hour till jobs done

I need workers to snap blocks in 3. I have the tool a paver splitter just need people to use it. It takes a little muscle and patience. Only need 1 person to use it but I’m trying to finish this fast so I have shifts available 24 hours a day. Pay starts at minimum wage but I will pay more to anyone who is working hard. This work is done in the shade but outside. I need workers day and night I need this done ASAP.
