This is the only animal in sight for Miles I was out looking for a dog. This cat was trying to get inside of Target. Definitely not a feral cat I put a can of cat food for the poor cat somewhat approachable but if the cat was lost or dumped it wouldn't just walk up to a stranger I never assume that an animal is dumped I always hope for the best and hope the animal is just lost and that is why I'm posting just in case the owner is looking I do have videos that would not load Friday 1 a.m. cat was seen by the trash cans and the bike racks by the entrance of Target
