***TWO PERSON CLEANING TEAM NEEDED*** (Sevierville, Tn) compensation: 160.00 employment type: part-time TWO PERSON CLEAN TEAM • •We are looking for two person team to clean our home in Sevierville • This is a perfect job for a retired couple or two friends looking for extra income who have "Flexible" schedules. • •We pay 160$ per clean. • •This is just a single home, but we need cleaning 4 times a month on average. • •Most cleans will be scheduled on the weekend, but some cleans fall during week. • •If one of you are employed during the week and can't be here on a weekday, it won't work out. •The laundry will need to be done off sight in your home as there is no time to do laundry in between guests. (There is a second set of laundry) This job requires you to have a washer and dryer in your home. •We will supply the cleaning supplies, and detergents, TP, paper towels, soaps, garbage bags etc. •You would need to be able to clean a hot tub and hustle in general. 4 hours between when guests check out and new guests check in. The average clean is 4 hours. We are looking for long term employees. We also stay busy in the winter months. Averaging 2-3 cleans per month. • You must have a paypal account brother online payment source to accept payments • You will need an SUV or truck SUV to haul 12 or more bags of trash after guests depart to the dump located just a few miles fromour house • You need to live within 30 minutes from our house zip 37876 • be able to send invoices by email. • You need to have a clean record and photo ID and Good References.
