July 4 backyard event

I already have one person helping with these responsibilities, but in case all 25 guests show up, i want to have an additional helper. For this event, I need someone who likes dogs, likes organizing and decorating, and who also has caregiving experience. We are having a big group of random people for a potluck in our chaotic backyard, and so I need someone to help with many aspects, such as showing guests where the guest bathroom is, keeping the yard and kitchen clean and organized, keeping the potluck food in order, keeping our four small dogs calm and making sure the yard gate is closed at all times so that they don’t escape. Also making sure that no one trips, slips, falls, including the seniors. I want someone with caregiving experience because you will occasionally need to help someone navigate around the yard.
