Need Roofing Crew - $65-$80/sq

Rayford Roofing is a family-owned business looking to add a new crew to our family. We are based in Houston but we have steadily created business in the DFW area. We have several jobs up there per month. We are looking for honest, reliable, good, down to earth contractors. I have subbed many roofs for many years and I need a really good crew up there in DFW. I don't like crews that cut corners. We put ice and water shield around all penetrations. We replace all flashings on the roof. We pay SAME DAY. Direct deposit/Zelle/Venmo/Cashapp or good ol' fashion check. You finish the job and I pay you. It's that simple. $65/sq 1 story walkable plus extra $ for decking, etc. We pay $75/sq for 2 story and $80/sq for steep. That's our cap. I usually pay between $200-$400 per job in extras for things like decking, helping me grab something from home depot, lots of flashings, chimney flashing etc. Some jobs I pay up to $1,000 extras if there is just tons of extra stuff to do. You can always talk to me and explain the situation and I will pay you no questions asked. Must speak English (at least 1 or 2 people on the crew). Must have an EIN, ITIN, TIN, or SSN. You do not need GL insurance - we will cover you and your crew - but if you have it that's definitely a bonus. Please email me if you are interested. Tell me a little about your crew.
