RestorePro is seeking Emergency Service Technicians to join our team. This position is often the first responder to clients in need of mitigation services from fire, water, or storm events. You will be required to respond to dispatched emergency calls during the normal business day, and potentially after hours if you are serving on-call. Specific Duties: Assess damage to property and provide assistance to include but not limited to removal of all affected building materials Setting fans & dehumidifiers and other equipment to mitigate the loss Preform emergency extraction of water from various surfaces with truck mounted or portable equipment Ability to serve after hours/on-call on a rotational basis Communicate effectively with clients and management Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site Provide own hand tools (i.e., hammer, pry bar, screw driver, tape measure, etc.) Have a team spirit, positive attitude, excellent customer services skills & great attention to detail Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of web-based software platforms Utilize phone or tablet to upload documentation of loss with photographs and written description Microsoft Excel and Outlook are a plus, but not required Requirements: Must be able to pass drug test, back ground check and have a valid driver license Consistently walk, stand, climb, kneel, lift and carry 50lbs or more on a daily basis Experience in the water and fire restoration industry is a plus, but not required IICRC Certifications Preferred RestorePro Reconstruction is an equal opportunity employer.
