Western Cascade Industries is seeking full time employees to work in our lumber production facility. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a long term career path as your skills, initiative, attendance, and regard for safety help you move through other positions. We offer employer-paid health insurance, vacation, sick time, and holidays. Work is performed outdoors and indoors in a variety of weather conditions. Positions involve continual standing, bending, reaching as well as keeping work areas clean and following all company safety policies. Our shifts are: 6am - 2:30pm Monday thru Friday OR 3pm - 1:30am Monday thru Thursday. Starting pay is 15.00 per hour and up depending on experience.
