Well mannered, tan/black/white, cattle dog found on Kings Blvd x Tyler St. Microchipped, forest themed collar with no tags. Chip scanned at West Hills Animal Hospital and a message was left with the associated phone number, but the registration was last updated in 2013. Calls are in to Heartland Humane Society and the non-emergency police line. He is cat reactive, so he will be with me overnight and relocated to Heartland when I can get ahold of them in the morning.
