Looking for a porter to join our team! -We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. -Please have cleaning/porter experience. Some of the duties are, but not limited to: -Making sure the property and common areas are serviced regularly. -This includes removing trash from the property, trash bins, parking areas, sidewalks etc. -Making sure all the indoor areas are maintained properly on a daily basis. -Leasing office, lobbies, gym, club house etc. Vacuum, dust, mop all the interior areas regularly. -Completing all service requests set forth by the Property and Maintenance Manager. Shift: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Days off are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8am to 1pm Se habla Español!
