Beautiful 16 Unit (Manufactured Homes) rental community located in Newport Beach is in search of a janitorial/maintenance professional to work part-time/as needed Monday through Friday on-site.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: general community maintenance, janitorial, painting, light electric, plumbing repair, light carpentry, going inside units to complete work order requests as needed, making units move-in ready when vacancies come up.
Candidates must have valid driver’s License, live within a 20-minute response time to property and must commute to work, there is no housing available.
Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow direction from supervisors.
Must have a clean appearance and a positive attitude.
Must complete all tasks in a timely manner and stay focused.
Must be reliable and on time and take pride in work.
Must keep accurate records of jobs performed.
Must be honest and have good work ethics, be mature and take responsibility.
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
