FLOOR REFINISHING HELP

I have a 2 bedroom apartment that I need the hardwood / bamboo floors refinished and sealed. Currently has 5/8 Bamboo on it, strong stuff but the finish is beat up a bit. You must have access to a sander. Must have tools. I may have more, but we will start with this one. And don't just reply with 'how much you paying?', or I won't answer. Location: near HOME DEPOT west side. Leave name / number and experience in doing this.
