We have more than 500 showroom customers across North America. Major e-commerce customers include Amazon, Home Depot, Lowes, Overstock, Wayfair, Bellacor, and many more. Newly relocated from Northern California to our attractive, newly-built Highland headquarters, we currently seek motivated, full-time, Warehousemen to join our team. Successful candidates will possess a professional attitude, strong work ethic, be well organized, detail oriented, have good communication skills and an ability to interact well with others. Responsibilities include: • Ability to safely operate and maintain std. warehouse equipment such as manual and motorized (driving) forklifts, cherry pickers, etc. • Help to unpack inbound cargo containers. Receive small package deliveries from UPS, FedEx, etc. Organize incoming freight, safely transport and store merchandise on multi-level warehouse racking. Manage all merchandise with appropriate care. • Pick customer orders: collect merchandise from warehouse shelves, safely transport to the shipping bay, quickly and accurately organize and label according to customer orders. Ensure all merchandise is safely and securely packed for shipment. Accurately affix and / or scan labels to ensure shipment to the correct destination. • Accurately document inbound and outbound shipments. Review and process customer returns. • Record inventory and maintain accurate computerized records. Identify missing, lost or damaged materials, and immediately notify supervisor. • Help maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace. • Assist with training of new employees. (Job Type: Full-time) Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent work experience. • Basic math, communication, computer and email skills (shipping programs helpful). • Fluent in English (bi-lingual helpful). • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where roles and priorities can evolve to address changing customer and business needs.
