We need a dependable healthy Handy-Helper (male or female) to assist us in the clean up and organization of a large property. ▪︎ Putting together items ▪︎ Moving furniture ▪︎ Putting up lights ▪︎ Cleaning up leaves ▪︎ Watering landscape ▪︎ Planting plants ▪︎ Pulling weeds ▪︎ Moving bricks ▪︎ Cleaning debris up ▪︎ Clearing garage Just Stuff Like That YOU MUST BE: ▪︎ Vaccinated with proof ▪︎ Over 18 years ▪︎ Non-smoker • Good Hygiene ▪︎ Own Car w/insurance ▪︎ Be Dependable ▪︎ Own tools a plus ▪︎ Pick up ordered Items ▪︎ Take & Follow directions PART-TIME ▪︎ 2 to 3 days a week. ▪︎ 6 hours a day. (Days & Hours are flexible to work around another job, if you have one.) ▪︎ If we like you ▪︎ If you get the daily tasks asked of you done the right way. ▪︎ If you stay off your cell ▪︎ If you respect the people and property, The position could become permanent. PAY RATE $13.50 hr. First 3 days (Learning the job) $15.00 hr. After 3rd day (Knowing the job) You don't need to be a skilled handyman or trained in landscape maintenance to do this job. You just need to be able to follow directions and have a positive attitude, with no health limitations. No drugs or alcohol This is easy-going work atmosphere.
