Must be able to pull permit & pass city inspection

Not looking for average finishing. Seeking almost perfection. Broom finished w/ Picture frame edges
I have 2 of these needing done.
Both can be done at the same time, if you want.
Ideal Budget:
$300 for demo/dispose
Lumber, rock, rebar, expansion will be paid for/delivered
$120 for frame/prep
Concrete will be paid for/delivered
$320 for pour day finishing, shouldn't take more than 2 hours. $40/hr x 4 hr minimum x 2 guys.
Prefer 2 guys who can do all of the above, from demo to pouring. Tools not provided, must have your own tools.
$100 bonus for beautiful/best finishing in the city & if no delays on your end.
Work available once or twice a week.
Pay at completion of each phase, end of each work day.
