Commercial Janitor/Maintenance Person Needed

We are looking for someone who has experience cleaning in a commercial setting. We have a fitness center in Stratford and Shelton that needs a Maintenance Manager. This would be a full time position with 8 hours per day. Your daily responsibilities would consist of the following: 1. Mop/Vacuum gym floor 2. Clean men/women's locker rooms 3. Wipe down equipment (cardio & strength) 4. Learn how to fix gym equipment 5. Address building concerns such as leaks, light bulbs out, ext.. 6. Put away weight plates and dumbbells 7. Other general maintenance items We will provide all cleaning material, equipment ands everything to complete any task. Requirements of this position are: 1. Must be willing to drive between both locations on a daily basis 2. Must have your own transportation 3. Must have a positive attitude and willing to learn 4.
