LAN Exteriors, provides comprehensive landscaping for managed communities, multi-family housing developments, office parks, shopping centers, high-rise buildings, school campuses, municipalities and industrial complexes. LAN Exteriors is seeking a highly motivated individual as a Landscape Maintenance Crew Foreman or Enhancement. The landscape foreman must have the ability to manage a crew of 3-5 employees. Foreman is responsible to ensure all levels of service on our client’s properties are performed on a daily basis to meet our standards. Foreman also has to ensure that all work is completed in safe manner. Foreman will oversee and work alongside the crew members to efficiently complete the crew’s weekly schedule. Wage offering will depend on the level of experience and skills Job Description & Requirements • Knowledge of landscape maintenance • Landscape maintenance and snow removal services • Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions • Manage a set maintenance schedule • Work 8-10 hours a day in outside environment • Complete and manage all required paperwork • Need to follow and enforce all company polices, standards and safety guidelines • Ability to communicate with clients to resolve issues as needed • Ability to identify site needs to ensure a well maintained property • Train crew members as needed • NJ Pesticide license not required but a plus • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more • Must be able to work 4-5 days a week with possible weekend hours if needed • 18 years or older • Must have a personal smart phone with a data plan • Must have a valid NJ Driver’s License, with a valid DOT Medical card, CDL not required but a plus • Must have the ability to drive a truck with an enclosed landscape trailer • Ability to operate construction equipment not required but a plus
