Small, stabilized apartment complex in downtown Boerne looking for a full-time maintenance person.
Responsibilities would include light load of work orders, plumbing knowledge, carpentry, HVAC, and painting. We generally stay full, so we only deal with one or two make readies per month. We are however doing extensive renovations to the units as we turn them, so experience in renovations needs is valuable.
A successful candidate will have experience and a positive attitude. An on-site apartment can be available and included as part of the compensation package.
