Job Description Opening for a Yard Worker at our local lumber yard. Duties will include, but are not limited to: keeping an orderly inventory within the yard, receiving daily inventory shipments and verifying counts on Bill of Ladings, loading delivery trucks for daily shipments, reporting directly to branch manager with any issues, discrepancies, damaged material, etc. The ideal candidate will be working with the customer base on a day to day basis. Customer service and a positive attitude is of the upmost importance. Candidate should be willing to engage in a fast paced atmosphere and be a team player. Must be on time and willing to work. - Lumber/Building Materials industry experience highly preferred - Operate a forklift (Moffett/ Piggyback experience is a huge plus) - Must be able to lift 60 pounds *Pay is based off experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday
