Saturday @Cathedral Square Market Saturdays I am on a scheduled calendar to teach Yoga at Cathedral Square Market at 9am, those are free. (Yoga, Intervals, Pilates). Our certified instructors will guide you along in a drop in group setting, for all levels. So don't be shy to inspire others with your advance moves and listen to your body for those that are not familiar, but willing to learn.
