CUSTODIAN NEEDED IN LIC for a 1,200 sq/ft classroom

Short-term job for 6-7 weeks starting in July. We are seeking a custodian to clean a 1,200 sq/ft classroom TWICE each day from Mon through Fri, consisting of a basic clean/disinfect at 12:30pm-1pm and then a thorough cleaning at 6:15pm-7:45pm. Location is in Long Island City very-near to the Queensbridge and Queensboro Plaza subway stations (also a few minutes walk from Queens Plaza.) Job will entail: --Cleaning desk-surfaces, door handles, floor and restroom (1 toilet + 1 sink) --Cleaning windows - interior needs daily cleaning due to hand-prints, exterior as needed - usually weekly unless it rains (we are on the ground floor) --Replacing restroom paper towels in electric-dispenser when it gets empty (usually weekly) --Emptying garbage pails as they get full --Looking around for anything that needs cleaning, typically this is removing chewing gum (gum is prohibited but it still happens) and using a "magic eraser" to remove scuff marks from the walls. --Moving desks/chairs into their proper positions so the room appears organized as students tend to shift them a few feet over (they are very lightweight desks, maybe 15 lbs.) --Notify us of any cleansers that are nearing empty and will need to be purchased. ^^^Please respond with your daily-rate required for this job and links to your social media so that we can see who you are. ^^^Please note that you will need to be at the facility twice each day during lunchtime and evening - the hours are fixed and not negotiable.
