Grab your 'buddy' and come run-paddle-open water swim for glory and serious fun! Sunny Buddy partner relay - Swim|Run|SUP One partner runs 1 mile, while the other partner swims ⅓ mile. Whichever teammate is first to the SUP will paddle a short distance around the buoy. Each racer must finish the SUP relay before the second lap begins. Note the swim is in open water. You should be very comfortable in an open water swimming environment in order to participate in this event.
