Join us on a bike ride along Lake Washington Blvd to protest SDOT ignoring the community vote to completely close the road to cars The Seattle Department of Transportation announced that Lake Washington Blvd will be closed to cars from Mt Baker Beach to Seward Park every weekend starting July 4th. However, Seattle residents voted ~65% to close the road to cars completely. We will ride along Lake Washington Blvd in protest of the decision, beginning at Genesee Park and ending in Downtown Columbia City.
