We are seeking a Maintenance Technician / Handyman, who will perform basic repairs to rental homes in the Treasure Valley. Whether you are ready to start your career or already have experience in this trade, this could be the opportunity for you! As a successful Maintenance Technician, you will: • Perform move in and move out inspections of rental homes • Perform Bi-annual maintenance inspections • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner. • Accurately document work performed on service requests, including parts and time utilized. • Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff. Minimum Requirements: • Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools. • Have a professional appearance and demeanor. • Have a basic knowledge of the general working components of a home • Excellent customer service skills. • Valid drivers license. • Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision. • Ability to lift or to move up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and crawl under house. • Smoke free • Drug free • Criminal free • Vape free Compensation: This is a full-time opportunity. Monday through Friday,8 to 5.  Tools and Company vehicle provided.
