Give the trend of charcuterie boards a try! Charcuterie is simply the art of preparing and arranging cured meats with accompaniments such as fruit, vegetables, cheese, jams, nuts and more. Thoughtfully curated charcuterie boards aren’t just tasty, they are also a great way to entertain stress-free! In this hands-on class, your instructor will guide you through the process of creating your own charcuterie board. You’ll even go home with your own custom-made wooden board that you can use again and again! If you'd like to join us, please register as soon as possible as it is expected to sell out. Date: Friday, July 16th from 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. Price and Materials: Your $55 workshop fee includes all hands-on instruction and a custom made charcuterie board to take home.
