As always, the centerpiece of Ag Day is the impressive BBQ featuring an outstanding meal of Utah produced products. The Ag Day BBQ will be held on Saturday, September 25, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Craig Aston Park, 1307 North 800 East in Logan, Utah. The BBQ will follow the USU vs. Boise State football game, which is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am that morning. As always, the centerpiece of Ag Day is the impressive BBQ featuring an outstanding meal of Utah produced products such as beef, pork, lamb, ice cream, dried cherries, deli meats, cheese, corn on the cob, apples, onion rings, and tossed green salad. All proceeds from this event go to the Utah Agricultural Leadership Endowment at Utah State University, to help train the future generations of Utah farmers, ranchers, and agri-businessmen and women through scholarship support. Since 2000, we have sponsored 336 students with their educational pursuits in agriculture-based programs by providing $257,420 in total scholarships. This year the cost will be $15 for adults, $10 for USU students with current USU ID cards) and $8 for children (ages 3 and up). Children age 2 and under are free.
