Help with Cleaning Home and Yard Work

Looking for a female to work with me to help unpack, clean and sort in my home. Should be friendly and easy going, able to take direction and able to self-motivate. Would love creative ideas as we work. This will be done as needed until complete. Likely for a few hours over different weekends. Because I will be working with you as I sort my home, I prefer a female for this task. Looking for a male, female, non-binary, trans, anyone capable to help with the land work. Lots of land and a variety of task. General labor is fine, but if you have more specific skills such as chainsaw and chording wood that's a bonus. Garden work, clearing, trail making etc. There is a lot to be done, so even if you just want to come out one day and work just on gardens, or just on trail blazing that's fine. Choose your task. This work will go on sporadically all summer. This is collaborative and I will likely work with you on all the task, at least to start for the outside work. I really just need some help right now, so I'm reaching out. Pay is negotiable and will likely be dealt per task as opposed to settling on an hourly rate. We can negotiate for each task.
