Provide great customer service to our tenants.
Ability to take care of most everything that's in an apartment including but not limited to prepping and painting, sheet rock repair and texturing, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, flooring, tiling, counter tops, doors, windows, key locks, roofing, etc.
Must have valid driver's license with good record, and a reliable truck or van, along with own tools. We provide a monthly allowance.
Good criminal, credit, drug & alcohol, and employment record. Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be local to Yakima area, due to snowy/icy winters and the need to respond to tenant needs and repairs.
Immediate openings for year-round work.
