Sign up to join The Landing's Volunteer Team! This training is mandatory for everyone who wants to volunteer with The Landing. Sign up today to become a Landing Volunteer! This training is mandatory for everyone who wants to serve with The Landing. We will cover the basics of human trafficking, trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and specific volunteer roles and policies.  Before signing up for this training, please complete the volunteer application and submit a background check by 11:59 PM Thursday, 7/22. You will be emailed instructions to complete your background check after completing the volunteer application. Space is limited for trainings, so please sign up as soon as possible! Light breakfast will be provided and we invite you to stay afterward for lunch from 12-1pm to meet other volunteers. A detailed agenda will be sent out via email the week of training.  Schedule:  9:00am-9:15am: Check-In & Grab Breakfast 9:15am-12:00pm: Volunteer Training 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch with Current Volunteers & Latest Landing Updates (OPTIONAL) 1:00pm-2:30pm: Volunteer Gathering (OPTIONAL) Direct questions to [email protected].
