Help Wanted for odd job

I am looking to renovate the house, need someone to help me with the odd jobs, for example painting, ripping carpet, remove tiles, staining deck. The person should have some knowledge but doesn't have to be expert. I can pay $35 an hour cash, the job will last at least 3 days.
