Handyman needed for small repairs and property maintenance on an ongoing basis in Jamaica Plain. Someone who lives locally, preferably within 15 minutes drive or closer. Experience and ability to work independently are a must. For example, you know how to fix toilet leaks, drains, showers, doors, windows, screens, and light fixtures. You can paint, refinish floors, repair carpet, and repair warped deck boards. References will be requested. The ideal person is willing to work on an hourly basis, as most repairs are small and require only an hour or two to handle. Negotiable hourly rate based on experience.
