From the Seal teams to a yoga studio to grad student in public health I am here to deliver a Merica Flex combines yoga and the military mindset to provide veterans and first responders with the tools they need to not just survive, but thrive in their everyday lives. Our focus is the overall wellness of all those who wore the uniform and still do. We all know the numbers, now what are you going to do about it? "Take it to the mat" is our mantra. Take everything that is in your head, grab it, pin it, face it and then let it go. Join our movement and support our efforts to get yoga into veteran organizations across the country and during the Merica Flex Yoga Tour by buying a shirt that helps to offset travel costs to get the program out.
