Hello ladies! This event is to build confidence, clarity and certainty. We will be meeting for an hour to discuss your HUMAN NEEDS. Not the wants or things you desire but the things you NEED. We will dive into what that looks like for you individually and in a relationship. This will give you and your partner a list of things that can be done DAILY to meet your needs. You will be surrounded by a group of like minded women who are there to share and be vulnerable TOGETHER. We will follow our session with a flow yoga so bring your mat and some water! I am very excited to see you!
