An evening of fun with all you can eat homemade ice cream, followed by a live auction . From 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm we will be serving homemade ice cream in a variety of favors. You can sample them all and then vote on which flavor you like best by dropping pennies in jars located by each ice cream. While the eating is going on, the silent part of the auction will be happening. The auction includes admission passes to venues in TN, KY and NC. It also includes works of art by local artists, sports memorabilia, home decor and more. At 7:00 pm the auction will go live. We will start with the last bid on the card. So check the cards often before 7:00 pm. This is a fun evening for everyone and it benefits the Red Boiling Springs Heritage Museum. Vision 2020 is in the process of restoring the old RBS Bank building (built in 1929) to house a heritage museum for the community. Red Boiling Springs was a very popular mineral spring resort in the early part of the 20th century. Today the healing waters still flow but the history is in danger of being lost. Events like the Ice Cream Social help fund this project.
