Training for TN Clan Lab Officers to receive 2021 Clan Lab Recertification in Chattanooga, TN We are looking forward to training in person this year and getting to see everyone! Requirements to obtain this year’s annual training certificate and ID card: 1. Attend one session of recert training, be fit tested, and complete the written test. - Once you register on Eventbrite for the session of your choosing, you will receive an email from TDDTF a couple of days before the training. 2. Complete OSHA required medical monitoring and provide a copy of the signed medical form to the TDDTF by email ([email protected]) or at one of the hands-on sessions. 3. When all the above items are completed, you will receive your training certificate and ID card. As noted in the earlier training announcements, clan lab certified personnel MUST attend training annually, per OSHA requirements if they want to remain certified and respond to clandestine drug labs.
