St. Anne's Zoocharist at the North Carolina Zoo You are invited to join us for a fun filled day that will include a trip to the zoo, photo scavenger hunt, bring your own picnic, (or purchase lunch at the zoo) and a service of Holy Eucharist. We will gather at St. Anne's on Saturday, September 25th at 9:00 am and carpool down to the North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro. We will park on the African side of the Zoo. Once inside, you can drop your lunches off at the Hippo Beach Picnic shelter and then enjoy the zoo until lunch time. We will gather for lunch at 12:00pm and following lunch we will celebrate the Eucharist and then continue our day at the Zoo. While at the Zoo, you can participate in the Photo Scavenger Hunt. Team up with other parishioners and snap your way through the zoo. This is a fun way of visiting the zoo, get to know other parishioners, and have many photo memories to take home with you (and share with St. Anne's!). Come on and join in the fun of our 3rd annual Zoocharist! The Rev. Ginny Wilder is the rector of St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Winston Salem, NC and has a love for helping to create communities and opportunities to listen for God and discern where God is calling each of us to use the gifts God has given us.
