MSBE Outreach Session - Tryclan LoSo Project EVENT INFORMATION Samet Corporation, Proffitt Dixon Partners, and JLL invite you to attend an informational outreach session for MSBE certified contractors to learn more about the prequalification process, bidding process and bid packages available for the LoSo Tryclan Project. PROJECT INFORMATION LoSo Village Tryclan is a 343 unit, five story multifamily building that warps a six story precast parking deck located in the LoSo area of Charlotte. The amenity area is to include fitness, yoga, business center, lounge space, mail room, dog spa, roof terrace, pool and spa courtyard. Construction is to start in approximately September, 2021 and is on a 28 month schedule with phased turnovers.
