To start us back off we're partnering with Coppola for our July wine dinner! Sofia Blanc de Blanc Brut- Paired with Mussels steamed in white wine with a garlic basil compound butter. Coppola Claret- Paired with a Charcuterie Board . Directors Cut Cabernet- Paired with a Petite Coffee- Crusted Filet over our Feta Scallion Mashed Potatoes. Coppola Family Chardonnay- Paired with an Orange Dream Creme Brulee.
