AAF officially become a federally recognized 501c3 nonprofit charity organization June 20, 2016. We are spiritually-based Fitness Family and we seek to encourage all to: seek out fitness-related events (i.e. Zumba, spin, biking/cycling, hiking, functional fitness, Pilates, organized runs, health seminars, health drives, etc.) encourage others to attend by posting the events occurring in your respective communities to the Fit Family page. Motivate others to live healthier lives by posting pictures of you participating in fitness events or individual workouts with captions about workout regime or goals to include before and after showcasing your fitness success. As a reminder, please remember young adults and teenagers participate in and monitor the Fit Family page refrain from posting of indecent, obscene, vulgar or wellness product-related posts on our social media pages especially Facebook. We offer FREE community workouts everyday of the year, in addition to seminars/ webinars, summer tutoring services, donation drives and fitness motivation. Globally, our followers also host clothing and food drives for the needy.
