Found cute friendly older dog

Found this black older dog wandering the streets. I’ve been able to take him in for a few weeks but I want to try to find him a home with someone that will give him lots of attention and proper treatment. He has lost fur on areas of his body and he continues to shed. He’s very sweet and friendly but sadly I can’t afford to keep him. Asking for $10 rehoming fee, he comes with food and a bowl.
