A Sound Circle Journey Sound Journey is one of the most powerful ways to release stagnant/unwanted/negative energy. I will first walk you through a guided meditation to clear, activate, and balance the chakras while calling in some of the ocean’s beautiful spirits. Next we will dive right into a powerful sound clearing with assistance of whale and dolphin spirit and sound. Dolphin: The dolphin spirit imprints: ☆Peace and Harmony ☆Protection ☆Resurrection ☆ Inner Strength Whale: The whale spirit is known as the Earth’s Record Keeper and imprints: ☆ Physical and Emotional Healing ☆Emotional Rebirth ☆Peaceful Strength ☆Communication The Sounds: ☆Clear Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls (These bowls are designed to have the exact hertz vibration pertaining to each chakra) ☆Buffalo Hyde Drum This is the lowest bass drum with a very powerful yet soothing base. This will have your whole body vibrating. ☆ Shamanic Bells & Rattles One of the oldest traditions is to cast out negative energy and bring in the power of the earth elements while connecting upper, middle, and lower worlds. ☆Steel Tongue Drum: One of my personal favorites. This allows me to bring in sounds of different tribal cultures. I automatically journey to my island tribal past lives. ☆Traditional Indigenous songs: I have chosen very specific songs calling in certain animal spirit energy and protection. I will be healing, chanting and protecting through these beautiful moments. ☆Chanting: To bring everything together and seal in all of the goodness I will be singing a few of my favorite songs taught by my elders.
