This class is a full-body, high-energy, barre-inspired workout! We combine strength training and pilates to target key muscle groups, so you leave each class feeling stronger and more energized!
All levels welcome, no previous barre experience or props required. Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle!
**If you're a barre-regular, feel free to bring your own light weights or ankle weights.
