We break it, you fix it. Sound good? From time to time we need assistance with maintenance and repairs at our multi-family apartment buildings in Oakland and Berkeley and we'd love to have you share your skills with us. It could be anywhere from a few hours to 40 hours, depending on the task at hand and your availability. You'll help us with things like:Completing service requests, work orders, and repairs for residential, commercial, and retail spaces such as patching and painting walls, and changing light bulbs.Performing routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Basic repairs of our building systems such as HVAC, car matrix, or elevators.Maintaining the overall appearance of the interior and exterior of the property by keeping it free of trash and debris, completing or overseeing landscaping, and painting touch-ups. And if you love the job? Who knows....it could turn into a long-term career in an industry you never know you would love!
