1930's House-Cement Block-Wood Post Foundation-Floor Needs Leveling

Old 1930's House on a cement blocks and wood post foundation needs to have floors leveled. No perimeter cement foundation. First off the house was not built great to begin with, in my opinion. I don't want to spend too much to get the foundation fixed. The main reason to get it fixed is because I wanted to do some remodeling but this seems to be something to be fixed first to do other projects. Again its an old and getting somewhat dilapidated so I don't want to spend too much for this as the house needs work everywhere. Good location and lot size though. I have already talked to some contractors about this project. Didn't sound like this was right up their alley. I thought I would try here. If you are the type that doesn't like to or can't figure out prices/costs, this is not the project for you. My decisions are based on costs not emotions or some other factor. Thanks!
