The ideal candidate will have the following skills: • Painting and prep • Plumbing • Light electrical • Light carpentry • Doors & trim • Drywall • Tile • Furniture assembly and touch ups • Apartment inspections and repairs • Light landscaping and general grounds clean-up • Power washing • Gutter cleaning • Furniture assembly (and sometimes moving) • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more • Upkeep of tools and equipment • Maintain inventory list of tools and equipment • Perform work on-time Other Requirements: • People skills • Vehicle and valid driver's license • Having your own tools Compensation: $27-40/hour starting wage, depending on experience. Wages increase with experience and skills.
