PAINTER NEEDED Kilrea Construction Inc. is seeking 2 qualified painters to work full time on our residential remodel and ground-up construction projects within San Francisco, CA. Projects are all typically high-end homes. As a firm, we have traditionally performed our own paintwork, but as we are growing rapidly, we have an immediate need to expand our paint division. These positions are open, and we are looking to hire for an immediate start date. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS All qualified applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in all types of painting. Experience with mudding, texturing, and minor carpentry is all highly preferred. Willingness to grow with Kilrea, learn new skills, and perform all types of residential construction work. LOCATIONS AND SHIFT PARAMETERS All job sites and company offices are within the city limits of San Francisco, CA. Standard workday is 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Full-time employees can expect regular 40-hour work weeks with an average of 5 hours overtime as needed. Saturday work and additional overtime work is also frequently available.
