Distinguished Taste’s Favorite Wines! You can’t imagine how often we are asked, “What is your favorite wine?” This is not a simple question! It very much depends on who we are sharing the wine with, what we are eating, what the weather is like, and so many more variables. We decided that for our first wine tasting class back from COVID, we would share our favorite wines that can be found at Dolce Vita Wine Shop in Chaska, Minnesota. You will taste through Troy and Jenn’s top picks and why these wines are on the top of their list, from summer sippers to great wines for grilling season! Wine Classes are hosted by Distinguished Taste. Troy Seefeldt, a certified wine professional and student of the wine industry, and his wife Jenn. Our passion is sharing knowledge and education through our wine journey. Our approach is simple; "Drinking wine should be fun, let's share in that fun!" Dolce Vita Wine Shop was established in the historic Chaska Train Depot in 2006. Dolce Vita specializes in mid-priced wines from smaller, boutique producers from around the world. While many major producers are represented in the store, the smaller vineyards provide a full range of wine flavors and styles at a lower price point than many popular brands. In addition, Dolce Vita carries a great selection of premium spirits and craft beers. Particular areas of specialty include Single Malt Scotch, Bourbon, Port, Cognac/Armagnac and Belgian Ales.
